i was disappointed by the state of the room i received. the furniture seemed old and worn, with visible scratches and stains. additionally, the air conditioning was not very effective, leaving the room feeling stuffy at night (even after i tried to adjust the settings).

The porter was not helpful with luggage either upon arrival or departure. This person needs better customer service skills. Our room felt dated and humid because the AC did not work well. Mold dripped from the ceiling onto the shower floor on our last night I found that pretty awful.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and cute. i stayed in a room on the top floor. It was clean and spacious. the views were good. the hotel breakfast was very good. the poolside restaurant has a good variety of lunch options.

The pool had algae. the gym had old and unsafe equipment. It was rusty and too old. the food was unacceptable for a hotel. the pizza was undercooked and tasted like bread dough, not pizza dough. the meat tasted like undercooked plastic, and i found a hair in my sandwich.
