direct access friendly staff great selection

The hotel had direct beach access, excellent. i found the reception staff very friendly. They were willing to help with any query. Breakfast was excellent. There was a great selection available.

The gym was pretty bad. It really needed an upgrade. also, i thought the food at the pool bar wasn't great.

the location was acceptable. the beach access was easy.

The bathroom had no window. paint was peeling. It was always damp! bar prices were expensive. a can of fanta cost 6 euros.

poor service dated room

The porter was not helpful with luggage either upon arrival or departure. This person needs better customer service skills. Our room felt dated and humid because the AC did not work well. Mold dripped from the ceiling onto the shower floor on our last night I found that pretty awful.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and cute. i stayed in a room on the top floor. It was clean and spacious. the views were good. the hotel breakfast was very good. the poolside restaurant has a good variety of lunch options.

The pool had algae. the gym had old and unsafe equipment. It was rusty and too old. the food was unacceptable for a hotel. the pizza was undercooked and tasted like bread dough, not pizza dough. the meat tasted like undercooked plastic, and i found a hair in my sandwich.
